Itinerary

Day 1: Ha Noi - Pu Luong

The 21-day BMW Motorcycle Tour of Indochina will begin in Hanoi and pass through Cuc Phuong National Park, which is home to majestic limestone mountains and huge rice fields. A natural reserve called Pu Luong offers stunning vistas of rice terraces covered in little settlements or mountain peaks shrouded in clouds. Our first night is spent with a Thai ethnic family, and you will definitely enjoy their kindness and delectable dishes.

Day 2: Pu Luong – Sam Neua Laos

After bidding Pu Luong farewell, we’ll travel down the Ma River until we reach the Na Meo border crossing, where we may enter the Land of Elephants. After the formalities are through, you will go to the Vieng Xai area to explore the amazing limestone cave systems. Similar to how Vietnamese are proud of the Cu Chi tunnels during the Vietnam War, Laotians have long been proud of these caverns. We’ll arrive at Sam Neua, a charming village, in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Sam Neua – Phonsavan

We’ll travel the little meandering, but full of charming villages, arterial Route Six today. We will bike to Khammuane to explore Tham Piew Cave, a well-known historical relic, after lunch in the charming village of Nam Neun. A major US air force bombardment of the cave in 1968 resulted in 374 deaths. We’ll continue to Phonsavan after that, where the secrets are preserved.

Day 4: Phonsavan – Nahin – Kong Lor

Time to travel to Phonsavan. We set out early in the morning to tour the Plain of Jars, a location that is extremely important to this nation’s history and culture. You probably already know that Buddhism is the country’s main religion and that it is common to see a temple or pagoda. We must traverse Road 10, a portion of the Ho Chi Minh Trail, to get to Nahin. When we get to Nahin, we camp just beside Kong Lor Cave’s entrance.

Day 5: Na Hin Exploring Kong Lor Cave and Relax
The group took it easy this morning till 9 am before letting loose and touring Kong Lor Cave.
Follow the subterranean stream river, tour Laos’ most well-known cave, and touch the gorgeous limestone mountains with their distinctive limestone forest beauty. Trek to a magnificent waterfall and unwind in its serene waters.

Day 6: Na Hin – Savannakhet

We take a journey today to Savannakhet. From Savannah Nakhon, which means “City of Paradise,” comes its name. The road excursion offers the chance to take in the beauty of the Mekong River and the breathtaking hills in the area. On the other side, the Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge in Mukdahan, Thailand, may potentially provide access to the city.

Day 7: Savannakhet – Muang Khong 

The crew faces a hurdle on the seventh day as they travel over 400 kilometers to the best island in Laos, Don Khong Island, where they can unwind. A riverine archipelago on the Mekong River in Champasak Province, southern Laos, is known as the Si Phan Don. The Mekong River floods at Si Phan Don, which is known for its many islands, half of which are drowned.

Day 8: Kong Island

Day 9: Kong island - Krong Stung Treng

The squad had a leisurely ride on the ninth day. While we wait for the processes, we’re going to the Trapaing Kreal International Border Checkpoint to have some coffee. Arriving at Stung Treng Municipality, Cambodia. We have enough time to research the contrasts between daily living in Laos and Cambodia. The best approach to learning about the many cultures in Cambodia is to visit this location rather than Krong Stung Treng, which is located on the Mekong River.

Day 10: Krong Stung Treng - Siem Reap

Day 12: Siem Reap - Phnom Penh

We ride across the lovely area along the Mekong River after leaving the historic Siem Reap behind. The influence of Buddhism on the nation becomes more apparent as we move closer to Phnom Penh. Day 13: Phnom Penh - Krong Kracheh

A unique holy place of the pre-Angkorian Khmer during the Chenla period, 1500-year-old Wat Hanchey is located in Kampong Cham on a lonely mountainside. Day 14: Krong Kracheh - Mondulkiri

Day 19: Kon Tum - Hoi An

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. Deposits and Payment Policy
  • We require a deposit of 30% of the total upon confirmation of booking the tour. The remaining balance will be paid 45 days before departure. Your booking may be considered canceled if the full balance is not received by Vietnam Motorbike Tours Club by that time.
  • You can choose the payment method by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by you. 
  • After receiving your payment, we will issue you the final confirmation of the detailed itinerary and services via e-mail.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Vietnam Motorbike Tours Club takes no responsibility for any flight delays or scheduled changes at any stage throughout the trip. 
  • We have the discretion to change the itinerary or delay the tour due to weather, local conditions, politics, or various other reasons with our notification in advance.
  • During the tour, should you be found to break any of the rules without the prior exception from the tour leader, we have the discretion to cancel the tour with no refunds applied. 
  • During the tour, should your bike have minor technical problems, our guide/mechanic will attempt to fix it as quickly as possible. In the event that the bike can not be fixed within the day, we will endeavor to substitute a bike of a similar type to ensure your trip is not interrupted.
  • Should you have to cancel the tour due to special reasons, you may transfer your booking to another person. However, you will be liable for your nominee paying their monies in full.
