Itinerary

Day 1: BMW Motorcycle Tour Hanoi to Mai Chau

The first day involves traveling 150 kilometers west of Hanoi to Mai Chau in Hoa Binh. To reach Ba Khan Lake, a gift from Mother Nature, we go down the Black River. After viewing Ba Khan Lake, the group will head out on the trails to exhaust any remaining energy before continuing on to Mai Chau via White Stone Pass. We’re ready for you to check in and grab your accommodations, beverages, and unique Thai food. Thai performers will put on a special performance extravaganza just for team dance.

Day 2: BMW Motorcycle Tour Mai Chau to Xam Neua, Laos

On the morning of the second day after leaving Mai Chau, BMW Motorcycle Tour rides along the Ma River to the Na Meo border and continues to Thanh Hoa province. While we wait for the operations, we will eat lunch here. Visitors visiting the Laos-Vietnam border regions will have a greater sense of connection to nature than at any other time because of the lush tropical forests and breathtaking mountains. Everyone’s journey is made more challenging by the fact that most of the borders between Vietnam and Laos straddle mountains, mountain slopes, or deep woods. The squad crosses the border and arrives at Sam Nua. You may visit the historic temple where residents and tourists go to buy a fortunate charm. After we check into the hotel around six o’clock, it will be time for some drinks and authentic Laotian food.

Day 3: BMW Motorcycle Tour Xam Neua to Nong Khiew

Our squad will face a struggle on the third day since we must climb many passes. On the third day of the journey, attractions are the deep valleys and Hmong communities, other than that. You’ll be biking for around 320 kilometers, so be in condition. But perseverance pays off since the stunning landscape along this route is definitely worth the effort. In preparation for the thrilling days ahead, our group will have supper, spend the night at a hotel in Nong Khiew, and get a full night’s rest.

Day 4: BMW Motorcycle Tour Nong Khiew to Luang Prabang
The morning of the fourth day is spent either relaxing or taking a boat out to see the Nam Ou River. walking about the community to discover local life in this valley. Before traveling to Luang Prabang, the capital city of Laos, we eat lunch here.
Numerous twists are waiting for you as you ride downstream of the Nam Ou River. On the way to Luang Prabang, we will make a pit stop at the cave temple of Pak Ou. We will rest at the hotel after such a demanding riding day before having a free day to explore Luang Prabang.

Day 5: Free day in Luang Prabang

We’ll be able to leave the picturesque roads behind and take pleasure when the fifth day of vacation homes. For anybody traveling to Laos, Luang Prabang is a must-visit location. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with historic French colonial buildings, impressive monasteries, and the gorgeous Mekong River. Day 6: BMW Motorcycle Tour Luang Prabang to Vientiane

Today, we’ll fly to Vientiane, the capital of Laos. We also successfully cross Laos’ Route 13. When every other location of Laos is so wild, the contemporary capital of Vientiane will easily blow your mind. The Mekong Delta serves as the boundary between the capital city and Thailand. Although it is contemporary, this city is made vivid by its culture and quintessence.

Day 7: BMW Motorcycle Tour Vientiane to Na Hin
On this day, we take control of Laos’ main thoroughfare. The Mekong River serves as the boundary between Laos and Thailand on Route 13, which connects Vientiane to Vieng Thong. The venerable Thekkek Loop Route in Laos includes Routes 13 and 8.
We pause at The Rock Viewpoint to take in the natural splendors of Phou Hin boun National Protected Area before traveling to Na Hin. With a fascinating schedule that includes zip lines, spider nets, and canopy hikes, you can fully immerse yourself in one of Asia’s largest limestone forests.

Day 8: BMW Motorcycle Tour Na Hin to Vinh, Nghe An province
We have to get up early this morning, at approximately 7:30, and go to the restaurant for breakfast. After expelling energy, the route won’t present much of a challenge, so let’s ride gently and take in the scenery. The group is on their way to Cau Treo Border for the immigration process to return to Vietnam. On this day, the party goes to Mr. Que’s house to eat lunch and meet his family. Mr. Que is the finest mechanic from BM Travel.
Going off-road to enjoy the natural beauty in the middle of Vietnam after lunch. Around 5 o’clock, we will check in at the hotel. On such a scorching day, chilled drinks are already waiting for us.

Day 9: BMW Motorcycle Tour Nghe An to Ninh Binh

We bike down the coast to Ninh Binh on this particular day. Tam Coc may be found in remote Ninh Binh by continuing on National Road No. 1. The Ngo Dong River, which flows through the highlands and is known as Tam Coc, or “three caves,” bathes the area between rice fields. Tam Coc, sometimes referred to as “Ha Long Bay on Land,” is renowned for its pastoral, serene, and equally stunning surroundings. We may take a boat to explore the incredible caverns and rice fields if we arrive early in the afternoon. You will be taken through the perplexing highlands in the chilly Vietnamese rowboat. Day 10: BMW Motorcycle Tour Ninh Binh to Hanoi and Departure
The BMW Motorcycle Tour comes to a close today. The group will have a half-day city tour in the morning to learn more about the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, which was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We then eat lunch before heading back to Hanoi.
Around 3 o’clock, the crew will show up at the BM Travel Adventure Office. It’s great that you may eat in Hanoi before leaving.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. Deposits and Payment Policy
  • We require a deposit of 30% of the total upon confirmation of booking the tour. The remaining balance will be paid 45 days before departure. Your booking may be considered canceled if the full balance is not received by Vietnam Motorbike Tours Club by that time.
  • You can choose the payment method by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by you. 
  • After receiving your payment, we will issue you the final confirmation of the detailed itinerary and services via e-mail.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Vietnam Motorbike Tours Club takes no responsibility for any flight delays or scheduled changes at any stage throughout the trip. 
  • We have the discretion to change the itinerary or delay the tour due to weather, local conditions, politics, or various other reasons with our notification in advance.
  • During the tour, should you be found to break any of the rules without the prior exception from the tour leader, we have the discretion to cancel the tour with no refunds applied. 
  • During the tour, should your bike have minor technical problems, our guide/mechanic will attempt to fix it as quickly as possible. In the event that the bike can not be fixed within the day, we will endeavor to substitute a bike of a similar type to ensure your trip is not interrupted.
  • Should you have to cancel the tour due to special reasons, you may transfer your booking to another person. However, you will be liable for your nominee paying their monies in full.
