For ten days on the Da Nang BMW Motorcycle Tour to Saigon through Phu Quoc and Cambodia, we investigate Mekong River Life in both Vietnam and Cambodia. Additionally, as we visit the Ho Chi Minh Trails, the Khmer Rouge, and Indochina T Junction, we learn about the Vietnam War. The UNESCO World Heritage Site in Siem Reap, Angkor Wat, is also a mystery to everyone. But Phu Quoc Island remains the greatest, and I’m sure that everyone would like to unwind there once.

Itinerary

Day 1: Da Nang – Indochina T-Junction – Kon Tum

The party will ride to Hoi An and see this historic city; welcome to the BM Travel Office in Da Nang. Then, on the Ho Chi Minh Trails, we’ll go to the Central Highlands near the Laos border. We will be put to the test as we travel to the Indochina T-Junction in Kon Tum province through the Lo Xo Pass.

Day 2: Kon Tum – Krong Ban Lung

We will travel today’s border between Vietnam and Northern Cambodia before entering Cambodia at the La Lay Border Gate. You will see how strongly Buddhism and Islam influence Cambodia as soon as you set foot in the country. We are curious about the Khmer people because they are Cambodians and have a horrific history with the Khmer Rouge.

Day 3: Krong Ban Lung – Krong Preah Vihear

The centerpiece of today’s ride is Prasat Preah Vihear, one of Cambodia’s most well-known temples. On the Thai-Khmer border, 500-meter-high Prasath Preah Vihear was constructed during the Khmer Empire. The temple’s remarkable architecture and breathtaking setting have led to its designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 4: Krong Preah Vihear – Siem Reap

We spend the morning of the fourth day, which is a short ride, touring Krong Preah Vihear before ascending to Siem Reap. To learn more about the Khmer Kingdom and how it was a major force in Indochina, we visit some mysterious locations like the Noreay temple and Phnom Pralean.

Day 5: Discovering Angkor Wat Siem Reap

The party will tour the Angkor Thom Complex, which has a four-sided figure with a Bayon smile and other exquisite Angkor architectural masterpieces, after breakfast at the hotel. Before visiting the ancient Takeo and Banteakdei Temples, particularly Ta Prohm Temple, stop by Elephant Terrance, the location of traditional Khmer festivals. Visit the most venerated temple in Cambodia, Angkor Wat Temple, in the afternoon, one of the seven wonders of the world. Then, enjoy the sunset with a stunning panoramic view of the Angkor Complex set against enormous prehistoric woods from Bakheng Hill’s peak.

Day 6: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh

Today, we’ll journey to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, along the Mekong River. You’ll be amazed by Phnom Penh’s vibrant, contemporary atmosphere. You can understand why Buddhism is the most prevalent religion in this nation as we get closer to Phnom Penh. The strong religious traditions of Cambodia are distinctive in Indochina.

Day 7: Phnom Penh – Chau Doc – Ha Tien
Bid adieu to Phnom Penh, as we head back to Vietnam through the Tinh Bien Border Gate to reach Chau Doc. There are several mysteries in this Land of Seven Mountains. To find out more about the atrocity committed by the Khmer Rouge in a tiny village, the crew then travels to Ba Chuc Crypt.
We spend the night in Ha Tien before traveling to Phu Quoc Island.

Day 8: Ha Tien – Phu Quoc Island

In order to go to the Phu Quoc port in time to put our bike into a speedboat, we must get up early today for breakfast. We go by boat for around two hours to get to the island. Then comes the relaxing period!

Day 9: Phu Quoc – Ca Mau – Can Tho
The squad has to be prepared before the boat departs at 9 a.m. And we arrive in the Ca Mau Province. The boat docks in Ca Mau Port, and after lunch, we go to the province in the far south.
The route to the Mekong Delta’s capital is straightforward yet unique from any other routes you may have taken. The paths that wind through paddy fields and the local way of life are worth experiencing for us. The evening will also include a dinner cruise in the Mekong Delta.

Day 10: Can Tho – Saigon
We leave early for the Cai Rang Floating Market, one of Southeast Asia’s biggest fruit markets. Then we take a journey via Vinh Long Province back to Saigon.
Around 5 o’clock, the crew arrives at Saigon BM Travel.

  • If tours do not depart/ end at the departure spot, the surcharge for bike shipping to/ back to the departure spot is USD 120 / bike.
  • VAT Excluded from the price, VAT 10% will be added to the total price upon your REQUEST.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  1. Deposits and Payment Policy
  • We require a deposit of 30% of the total upon confirmation of booking the tour. The remaining balance will be paid 45 days before departure. Your booking may be considered canceled if the full balance is not received by Vietnam Motorbike Tours Club by that time.
  • You can choose the payment method by money transfer or credit card payment with all bank transfer charges/ fees to be paid by you. 
  • After receiving your payment, we will issue you the final confirmation of the detailed itinerary and services via e-mail.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Vietnam Motorbike Tours Club takes no responsibility for any flight delays or scheduled changes at any stage throughout the trip. 
  • We have the discretion to change the itinerary or delay the tour due to weather, local conditions, politics, or various other reasons with our notification in advance.
  • During the tour, should you be found to break any of the rules without the prior exception from the tour leader, we have the discretion to cancel the tour with no refunds applied. 
  • During the tour, should your bike have minor technical problems, our guide/mechanic will attempt to fix it as quickly as possible. In the event that the bike can not be fixed within the day, we will endeavor to substitute a bike of a similar type to ensure your trip is not interrupted.
  • Should you have to cancel the tour due to special reasons, you may transfer your booking to another person. However, you will be liable for your nominee paying their monies in full.
