Itinerary

Day 1: Motorcycle from Hanoi to Perfume Pagoda

After having breakfast, we will start around 8 a.m from Hanoi to Perfume pagoda. This motorbike trip is quite easy to ride on the route to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We will follow road 21B to cross Ha Dong, Te Tieu, Van Dinh,… before reaching the Perfume Pagoda. The short ride through a 60-km distance from Hanoi is quite effortless, so you don’t need to ride fast. Take your time to enjoy the sights on two sides of the roads including endless immense golden rice fields, and high mountains.

The Perfume Pagoda is covered with tons of majestic limestone cliffs and the only way for you to reach the site is to take a boat tour or walk there. On the way, we will craft local villages, and immerse in the golden color of immense rice fields under the glorious sunshine. Once you’ve arrived at Duc Pier, the whole crew will take a boat trip together in the nearby Yen stream cruising down the Huong pagoda. Time for relaxation and full of fun through magnificent rural landscapes.

People with true Buddhist practicing souls will love to stop by the Register Shrine or Trinh Temple for a while to pray for lucks and good things for both themselves and their families. The scenic cruise journey will continue with a visit to Thien Mu, a religious complex of several hundred-year-old temples and pagodas on narrow mountain trails. Then, you and your fellow drivers will come to a local restaurant for lunch to regain energy after a long-hour trip from the early morning. Take a rest, then, we will continue trekking to Huong Tich cave, the most stunning cave and most sacred spiritual place for friendly Vietnamese.

Feel free to explore the cave and the nearby region. On these typical pagodas built on caves, people will pray for the best for their life and free their minds in the tranquil space while sightseeing the gorgeous natural landscapes. Next, we will hire a standard cable car to climb up Thien Mu. Alternatively, we can walk around to take stunning photos to show your family and friends. The cable car will bring you back to the crowded Thien Tru dock, then you will join a boat ride to where the bikes are being parked. After that, we will ride on a 150-km distance again to backtrack to Hanoi.
